I was at work yesterday and a coworker asked if she could have a piece of my chewing gum. I told her she could which was VERY wrong on my part. A couple hours later she reached in front of me and took a pen I was using. I told her I was using the pen and she said she would give it right back which she did not. She seems to demonstrate predatory behavior by not recognizing a person's physical boundaries. The other coworker who is the same race as her violated the company's boundaries and policies. I am not their supervisor, so I have no authority. I really feel like quitting at the moment. I am thinking about contacting the store manager and letting her know since she could be held accountable for what happened. It is incidents, such as this that cause hateful feelings.
